File Details Tab

Tiles that appear on the File Details tab provide a quick overview of a specific file on a single VM. All of the tiles are interactive, enabling you to view file activity over time, who has accessed or modified the file, what activities have been recently performed on the file, and so on. To access this tab, click on a file name in any Search results or in the Recent Activities tile on the User Activity Tab.

The File tab includes the following tiles:

• Activity Timeline Tile - Provides the amount of read and update activity on the file over time, and how many different users were involved.
• Current Analyzed Version Tile - Provides basic file parameters, whether CloudAdvisor could search the file, and whether the file contains any personally identifiable information (PII) by listing the type of PII tags found.
• Recent Activities Tile - Lists the six most recent read or update activities on the file, who performed the activities, and when they occurred.
• Top Users by Activity Tile - Displays the users who have done the most read and update activity on the file.
• File Versions Tile - Displays the most recent version of the file that you can download or restore if there is a snapshot associated with it. The tile displays each of the file versions available from the most recent DiscoveryPoints, along with how each DiscoveryPoint was created, the date and time associated with the file version, and who owns the file.
