The Recent Activities tile lists the five most recent read or update activities on a file and who performed those activities.
Tile Information
| Content | Description |
|---|---|
| Activity legend | Indicates graphical color values for different file activities performed on the file (updates or reads). |
| User name |
Name of the person who performed an activity on the file. The name provided also acts as a link to the User tab for the user. For more information, see User Activity Tab. |
| Date changed | Date and time on which the file was created or changed. The date and time are provided in yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss format. |
| Action performed | The action (Updated or Read) taken on the file by the specified owner. |
Tile Actions and Behaviors
| Action | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Click a category in the legend | Filters the tile output by removing (or adding) the update or read activity. |
| Click the user name. | Opens the User Activity Tab for that user. |
| Click the Expander icon in the top right corner of the tile. | Opens the File Activities View the file. |
