Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.

On the Tenants page, use your mouse to hover over the tenant that you want to modify and select Edit.

On the Edit Tenant page, do one of the following: 

• If email notifications is set to Off:

  1. Click Generate New Password.

  2. In the Generate New Temporary Password window, click Generate.

     The new password is generated and you will need to see and give it to the tenant administrator.

• If email notifications is set to On: 

  1. Click Resend Invite.

  2. In the Resent Invite window, verify the admin name and email of to person to receive the new invite.

  3. Click Send.
