The Default tenant is the only tenant that has access to the Discovery and KeySafe5 applications. If you want to use a different tenant for this, you will need to connect that new tenant to your Discovery and KeySafe5 applications. Once you create the new connection, the original default tenant will no longer be able to access those appliances, and all data will go to the new Default tenant. You will also need to assign administrative access to the appliances that you want to view. For more information, see Inviting and Removing Local Authentication or OpenID Connect (OIDC) Members.
The Default tenant will always have the text "Connected to Discovery and KeySafe5" displayed on it.
Important: If you are upgrading from 10.4.7 and have multiple tenants, you will need to follow this process to select the tenant that you want to be the Default.
Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
On the Tenants page, use your mouse to hover over the tenant that you want to make the new Default tenant and select Edit.
On the Edit Tenant page, scroll down to Connect to Discovery and KeySafe5 and click the Connect button.
Important: This process cannot be reversed!- In the confirmation window, click Yes, Connect this Tenant.
