The Manage Reports page displays all existing reports in your system. The reports are a high-level overview suitable for a management summary. All reports are generated as a PDF. You can generate the following types of reports:
Executive Summary Report
Licensing Report
To access the Manage Reports page, select Reports from the side menu bar.
The Reports tab displays all reports that have not been deleted. On this page, you can:
Create a new report.
Use the Filter bar to narrow down your results.
Click the report name to view the report details and edit the report.
Click the Last Run link to view the report.
Click the icons at the end of each row to run the report without a schedule, edit the report, or delete the report.
The History tab displays all the report versions that do not exceed the retention period. On this page, you can:
Use the Filter bar to narrow down your results.
Click the icons at the end of each row to download the report or delete the report version.
