When you create a report the report definition remains on the Reports tab. When that report is run, any versions of the report will be located on the History tab.

  1. Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.

  2. In the side menu bar, select Reports.

  3. On the Manage Reports page, in the About section, enter the following: 

    Field

    Description

    Type

    Enter the type of report you would like to create. This can be one of the following:  

    • Executive Summary

    • License

    Name

    Enter the name for the report.

    Description

    Enter an optional description for the report.

    Email Report To

    If email is enabled, and you would like to email the report, enter the email address.

  4. Click Next.

  5. On the Manage Reports page, in the Details section, enter the following:

    Description

    Collections

    Choose the collections that you would like to include.

    Data Sources

    Choose the Data Sources that you would like to include.

    Report Retention

    Enter the amount of time you would like to keep this report.

  6. Click Next.

  7. On the Manage Reports page, in the Schedule section, enter the following:

    Recurring Schedule

    Choose Active to set a recurring schedule or Inactive if you do not want to set a schedule.

    If you choose Inactive, you cannot select a frequency or time.

    Frequency

    Select how often the report should run. This can be one of the following:  

    • Daily

    • Hourly

    • Weekly

    at

    Enter the time when you want the report to run. This depends on your Frequency selection.

    • Daily—Select the time that you want the report to run.

    • Hourly—Select how many hours to wait before you run the report again.

    • Weekly—Select the days of the week and the time that you want the report to run.

  8. Click Create.
