Selecting System from the Home tab enables you to manage CloudAdvisor Snapshot Schedules to protect your data, manage system settings, manage roles and user access control, and configure notification policies for system events.
The System drawer contains the following options:
The Snapshot Schedules tab provides a list of all snapshot policies in CloudAdvisor. For more information, see Snapshot Schedules Tab.
Provides access to the Manage User Access tab. This tab enables you to manage local CloudAdvisor users. Also known as Superusers, local users have full privilege access to CloudAdvisor. You can use this tab to add or delete Superusers to CloudAdvisor. For more information, see Manage User Access Tab.
Provides access to the Event Notification Policies tab. This tab enables you to manage system-wide notification policies. You can create new event notification policies, provide policy level settings, and specify email recipients for policy-triggered notifications. For more information, see Event Notification Policies Tab.
Provides access to the System Management tab. This tab enables you to monitor CloudAdvisor from a glance. It provides the hostname of the system (configured during initial system setup), as well as a number of tiles that provide information about different aspects of the system. Many of these tiles expand into views for monitoring and, in some cases, configuring different system-level components and settings.
The System Management tab also provides both a Views and Actions drop-down menus from which you can make global modifications to CloudAdvisor. For more information, see System Management Tab.
