File Details View

The File Details view shows file system properties, file meta-data, and tag information. If present in a file, intelligence processing tags may display personally identifiable information (PII). You can review a summary of the tags, expand the list of each tag found, or search for a specific item in a tag list using the search box. To access this view, select Views > File Details from any File Details Tab.

View Information

Content	Description
System Properties	Displays file system-related properties. These properties include the following: Size – Size of the file (in bytes). Owner – Name of the file owner. Created – Date on which the file was created (in the format yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss). Discovered – Date and time at which the file was first seen (in the formatyyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss). Last Modified – Date and time at which the file was last modified (in the format yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss). Last Read – Date and time at which the file was last read (in the format yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss). Searchable – Whether or not CloudAdvisor was able to search the file. MD5 – Unique MD5 (Message Digest Algorithm 5) value for the file contents. The fingerprint is provided as a 32 character hexadecimal value. For more information about the fingerprint value, see Using the Fingerprint Search Option. SHA1 – Unique SHA-1 (Secure Hash Algorithm 1) value for the file contents. The fingerprint is provided as a 40 character hexadecimal value.
File Properties	File-specific metadata (for example, title, author, artist, source, language, bit rate, sampling rate, year, and so on).
Identified Tags	CloudAdvisor predefined tags, or any custom tags, that you have assigned to the associated Insight Profile. For more information about Insight Profiles or tags, see Insight Management Tab.
Tag Stored Matches	Faceted categories of tags identified in the file, how many occurrences of a particular tag type appear in the file, and the information matched to the tag. Though the PII is identified as existing in the file, CloudAdvisor does not display tagged social security numbers or credit card numbers in the Tag Stored Matches column. You must open the file to view tagged social security numbers or credit card numbers.
Match Information	When expanded, provides the tagged information found in the file. CloudAdvisor provides the actual number of tag occurrences in the Tag Stored Matches. However, the system deduplicates the matches when displaying the match information. For example, the file might contain one (1) user@company.com email address, four (4) user2@company.com email addresses, and five (5) user3@company.com email addresses. The Tag Stored Match value would equal 10 matches, but the match information shows only the three unique email addresses.

View Actions and Behaviors

Action	Behavior
Click the owner name	Opens the User tab for the owner.
Click the Expand icon next to a Tag Stored Matches category	The category expands to show the tag values matched in the file.
Enter values in the search bar	Searches on the specified values within the output.
