Enabling or Disabling the Support Login
You must enable support accounts before support personnel from Entrust can access your system. When the account is enabled, support personnel have full access to the system to carry out diagnosis and repairs in exceptional situations.
You can disable the support account after using, for example, after a successful upgrade, or else the support login will automatically be disabled after 24 hours.
- Log into the KeyControl webGUI using an account with Security Administrator or Cloud Admin privileges.

If the support login is enabled, you can disable it by checking the Disable Full Support Login checkbox and clicking Save.
