Initialize a Data Source Connection in Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager

If you are the admin for Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager, you will need to download the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager token file in Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager and upload it into your Cryptographic Security Platform Vault.

1. Log into your Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI.

2. In the side bar, click Data Sources.

3. Select Actions > Initialize Connection.

4. On the Initialize Connection to a Data Source page, enter the URL for the data source that you want to add.

5. Click Create and Download File.

   The Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager downloads a file in .JSON format that will be used to connect to your data source.

   Important: This file should be considered a password. Please save it in a safe location in case you need to reconnect the same data source.
