Revert to Previous Cryptographic Security Platform Vault Version

When you upgrade to a newer version, Cryptographic Security Platform Vault automatically creates a pre-upgrade snapshot. Cryptographic Security Platform Vault allows you to revert to this previous version.

Important: If you have deleted the pre-upgrade snapshots, you cannot revert your upgrade to the previous installed version.

1. Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault Management webGUI using an account with Security Admin privileges.
2. In the top right, click the Switch to Appliance Management link.
3. In the top menu bar, click Settings.

4. On the Account Settings page, select System Upgrade.

   On the System Upgrade page, the previous upgrade version is displayed at the top in a yellow box.

   "A previous version <version number> is available to revert to." 

5. Click the link on the text that says "revert to". 
6. Click Revert Upgrade.
7. In the confirmation box, click Proceed.
8. Click Reboot.
9. In the confirmation box, click Proceed.

Cryptographic Security Platform Vault reverts to the previous upgrade.
