1. Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
  2. In the top right, click the Switch to Appliance Management link.
  3. In the top menu bar, look at the Cluster icon. If there is a green heart, the cluster is healthy. If there is a red X, the cluster is degraded. You can also look at the Status field of the Cluster tab. The number inside the green heart indicates how many nodes are in the cluster.
  4. To view the status of the individual servers in the cluster, click the Servers tab. The Status column shows the status for each server in the cluster.

    Maintenance 

    Same as cluster status, going through rolling upgrade.

    Offline

    Unreachable and unavailable.

    Online

    Reachable and available.

    Unavailable

    Server to server connection works, but the KMIP Database is unavailable (port 5432).

    Unreachable

    Unable to connect to the server (port 8443). 

    Tip: To sort the unreachable servers to the top, click the Down Arrow (v) in the Status column and select Sort Descending.
