You can send an email directly to the owner of a cryptographic asset to ask them to complete the documentation.
Note: If email notifications are not enabled, then
Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
In the side menu bar, select Cryptographic Assets.
Select the cryptographic asset for which you want to send a documentation request.
Select the Documentation tab.
In the Ask Owner field, enter the email address of the owner of the cryptographic asset.
The owner of the cryptographic asset receives an email with a direct link to the documentation page for this cryptographic asset. When the owner clicks the link, they are taken directly to a Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager page that does not require a login.
Note: If email is not enabled, the Ask Owner field will not be visible.
