If your Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager system is not responding, you can reset the cluster.

Important: This operation can take a long time.

1. Log in to the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager System Console as htadmin.
2. Select Manage Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager Node.

3. Select Recover Compliance Manager cluster.

4. Select Yes to proceed.
