Fixed an issue where some license entitlements in the Compliance Manager webGUI were not correctly reflecting what was listed in the license files.  In addition, TDE and BYOK entitlements are now visible on the Licensing page. 

When the CSP Compliance Manager node is restarted after connecting KeySafe5 agent from CSP Vault, it may take up to 15 minutes for the KeySafe5 services to access the GUI. During that time, if you attempt to access the KeySafe5 GUI you will see a service unavailable error.  

Fixed an issue where the webGUI displayed a misleading error message if the CSP Compliance Manager VM is powered off.

Fixed an issue where port 25 was open on the CSP Compliance Manager appliance. 

When running Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager on Azure, the correct email is now sent to complete the documentation for a cryptographic asset.
