You can disconnect or reconnect a data source connection in the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI.
Disconnecting a Data Source Connection
- Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
In the side menu bar, select Collections.
Highlight the collection that contains the data source that you want to disconnect and click View Details.
Highlight the data source that you want to disconnect.
On the far right, click the Disconnect icon.
In the Disconnect Data Source window, click Disconnect.
Reconnecting a Data Source Connection
- Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
In the side menu bar, select Collections.
Highlight the collection that contains the data source that you want to reconnect and click View Details.
Highlight the data source that you want to reconnect.
On the far right, click the Reconnect icon.
You will be taken to the Initialize Connection to a Data Source page for the data source that you previously disconnected.
Click Create and Download File.
On the Data Sources page, click the Manage link for the data source.
You will be taken to the data source that you want to reconnect.
Log in to the data source, and click the Connect Now link at the top.
Alternatively, you can click Settings and then Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager.
Click Connect and upload the file that you just downloaded.
Click Close to close the window.
