All objects contained within your data sources are called cryptographic assets. For each cryptographic asset, Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager tracks the following information:

  • Name—The name of the cryptographic asset.

  • Collection—The collection that contains the data source where the cryptographic asset is located.

  • Data Source—The name of the data source that contains the cryptographic asset.

  • Status—The status of the cryptographic asset. This can be one of the following:

    • Available

    • Preactive

    • Deactivated

    • Disabled

  • Documented—Whether or not the cryptographic asset has documentation. This can be one of the following:

    • Documented—A documentation template has been assigned to the cryptographic asset and it is completed.
