On the Compliance page, you can manage the compliance policies and schedules that you want to apply to your vaults. Entrust creates sample policies which include operations and parameters for those operations. There are two types of policies: 

• System—System policies are created by Entrust as a reference and cannot be modified. However, you can save them as a custom policy.

• Custom—Custom policies include Best Practice policies that are created by Entrust and policies that you have created yourself. You can either create a policy by saving a system policy under a different name, or create a policy from scratch.

All policies can be run by adding them to a schedule. Schedules automatically run a selected policy against a specified vault at the time you choose. You can also choose to run a schedule immediately.
