Managing Two-Factor Authentication

System administrators can enforce two-factor authentication for all Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager users.

Enforcing Global Two-Factor authentication: 

  1. Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
  2. In the top right, click the Switch to Appliance Management link.
  3. In the top menu bar, click Settings.
  4. In the System Settings section, click Two-Factor Authentication Settings.
  5. On the Two-Factor Authentication Settings page, select ENFORCED.
  6. Click Apply.

Disabling Global Two-Factor Authentication: 

  1. Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager webGUI with your standard account credentials.
  2. In the top right, click the Switch to Appliance Management link.
  3. In the top menu bar, click Settings.
  4. In the System Settings section, click Two-Factor Authentication Settings.
  5. On the Two-Factor Authentication Settings page, select NOT ENFORCED.
  6. Click Apply.
