Viewing and Managing Roles

  1. From the Home tab, select Security > Roles.

    The system defined roles are displayed. See Default Roles.

  2. From the Roles page, you can do the following: 

    • Click the buttons at the top to edit or delete selected roles, or create a new one.
    • Use the Actions button to clone or export selected roles, or to import roles.
    • Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down which roles you want to see.
