Modify your Network Settings

You can modify your network settings for standalone nodes and the primary nodes of a cluster.

1. Log in to the CloudControl TUI as htadmin.
2. Select 1. View/Modify network settings and press Enter.

3. The TUI displays the existing settings for your system. For example: 

   Please confirm the following settings:
   Cluster role: Standalone
   Virtual Management IP:
   Virtual Hostname:
   Hostname: test
   Node IP: 10.1.1.1
   Netmask: 255.255.255.0
   Gateway: 10.1.1.15
   DNS Server IP: 10.1.1.12
   DNS Domain Name: example.com

4. Type y at the Modify Primary interface network attributes? prompt to edit.

   The following settings can be updated:

   Setting	Description
   Hostname	Enter the new hostname.
   Node IP	Enter the new node IP.
   Netmask	Enter the new netmask.
   Gateway	Enter the new gateway.
   DNS Server IP	Enter the new DNS server IP.
   DNS Domain Name	Enter the new DNS domain name.
