Manage Subscriptions Tab
Subscriptions enable you to send scheduled email notifications for any saved searches. After you create subscriptions, you can access and manage them from the Manage Subscriptions tab.
When using subscriptions, keep the following in mind:
- Subscriptions send results from saved searches to email recipients based on the defined subscription frequency (As Detected, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
- Subscriptions reflect the full state of the system at the time the subscription is run. They do not allow you to take action on the content found. You can configure Insight Policies in the Insight Management tab to detect changes in content and perform actions. For more information, see Creating a Content Insight Policy.
- You create new Saved Search subscriptions from the Search tab. For more information, see Subscribing to a Saved Search.
- You manage existing subscriptions from the Manage Subscriptions tab. You access the Manage Subscriptions tab from the Profiles drop-down menu. For more information, see Using the Profile Menu.
