You can search on only the contents of files by specifying a content search in the Search tab. The content search isolates searches to file contents, as opposed to searching all aspects of a file (that is, name, extension, properties, metadata, content, and so on).
When using content in a search, keep the following in mind:

To add a content field search term to the search bar:
Click inside the search bar.
Select Add Search Option > Content.
Select the desired qualifier to define the content option and enter a term in the text box.
Click Add.
The Search Builder adds the textual equivalent of your selections to the search bar and automatically reruns the search.
