Using the Accessed Search Option

Selecting the Accessed option from the Search Builder drop-down menu in the Search tab displays a qualifier menu and a text bar for use in the search.

When using a date in a search, keep in mind that predefined Date terms (today, this week, this month, and this year) are not editable; they provide search results within the time frame indicated. However, you can specify a custom date term in which you want to perform a search.

To add a predefined date term to the search bar:

1. Click inside the search bar.
2. Select Add Search Option > Accessed.

3. Select a Date term and dates on which you want to search.

4. Click Apply.

   The Search Builder adds the textual equivalent of your selections to the search bar and automatically reruns the search.
